By accessing or using BUYOQ's premium marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Marketplace Services

BUYOQ provides a premium marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of authenticated luxury goods, rare collectibles, and investment-grade items. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sales contracts between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Authentication and Verification

All luxury items listed on BUYOQ must undergo our authentication process. Sellers agree to:

• Provide genuine items with accurate descriptions
• Submit required documentation for verification
• Cooperate with our authentication experts
• Accept authentication decisions as final

5. Transaction Terms

When conducting transactions on BUYOQ:

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Buyers must complete payment within specified timeframes
• Sellers must ship items within 48 hours of payment confirmation
• BUYOQ commission rates apply to all completed transactions
• Disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Listing counterfeit or stolen items
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Circumventing BUYOQ's fee structure
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Using automated systems to access the platform
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Fees and Payments

BUYOQ charges commission on successful transactions. Additional fees may apply for:

• Premium authentication services
• International shipping and customs
• Currency conversion
• Expedited processing

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BUYOQ, including logos, designs, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users grant BUYOQ a license to use submitted content for platform operations and marketing purposes.

9. Liability Limitations

BUYOQ is not liable for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Quality or authenticity claims beyond our verification
• Losses due to market value fluctuations
• Third-party service failures

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. BUYOQ's dispute resolution team will mediate transaction-related conflicts.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of pending transactions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction where BUYOQ is incorporated.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
